Welcome to Targaze, a mobile application ("App") created by Koshenka Company ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). The App is designed to train users to focus through a series of tasks and activities. By downloading, accessing, or using Targaze, you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
The App may contain blinking and visually stimulating visuals/animations that may potentially trigger seizures for people with photosensitive epilepsy. User discretion is advised. If you or anyone in your household has an epileptic condition, consult your physician prior to using the App. Immediately stop using the App and consult your physician if you experience any of the following symptoms while using the App: dizziness, altered vision, eye or muscle twitches, loss of awareness, disorientation, any involuntary movement, or convulsions.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The Company does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use or inability to use the App.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, partners, and licensors from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this or a similar page of the App. Your continued use of the App after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
The Company may terminate your access to all or any part of the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately.
